Currently Morphy Richards Australia isn't selling direct to the public. Our products are available through various retailers Australia-wide. Find your local stockist or online retailer

For faulty appliances, firstly ensure you have referred to your owner's manual and performed any troubleshooting following the steps further down this page. If this hasn't resolved the problem and the fault remains, check that your product is within the warranty period and return it to the place of purchase along with your receipt.

The details of your warranty can be found in your owner's manual or alternatively on the product page on the website. We recommend registering your product after purchase to help reduce time if there is any issues.

Additional FAQs

Regular maintenance of products that hold water is recommended, helping to remove the build up left from minerals in the water. With many commercial products readily available to purchase in supermarkets and hardware shops, we also recommend a natural method of equal part vinegar and water brought to the boil and allowed to sit in the unit for a minimum of 30 minutes. Pour out the vinegar solution and rinse product thoroughly with clean water before use.

This is a normal function due to the fan delay, this function is to protect the magnetron from overheating. A summary of this function:
(1) When the set cooking time is more than 10 seconds and less than 1 minute, the fan delays 30 seconds.
(2) When the set cooking time is more than 1 minute and less than 3 minutes, the fan delays 1 minute.
(3) When the set cooking time is more than 3 minutes and less than 10 minutes, the fan delays 1 minute and 30 seconds.
(4) When the set cooking time is more than 10 minutes, the fan delays 3 minutes.

An E5 error code relates to an issue with the invertor. Check that your warranty is within date, then please return the product to the place of purchase with your receipt for a replacement or refund.
