I cannot recommend this product for regular use. We used our machine for bread only. We've had it for seven years, however we've probably only made about 40 loaves in that time. We can easily go months or years without making any. It just died today. With a 2 year warranty, I'd expect that it should have had the potential to make a loaf a week - 100 loaves over the warranty period. That it lasted 7 years is great (and that's why I gave it a 3*), but we fell well short at 40 (which should make it a 2* if you intend to use it regularly). Additionally, the "NEW" model pictured, is exactly the same as the one we bought 7 years ago!

The bread is so heavy and dense can't seem to get a light fluffy loaf. Really disappointed .

I really do love this bread maker. I purchased it after my sunbeam bread maker died of old age (or over use!) and have been experimenting with all types of bread and haven't had any fail....yet! I make a loaf every 1-2 days and it hasn't missed a beat except that nearly every time I make a loaf the tin unlocks by itself and I haven't had the folding paddle actually fold down! But, I can forgive these faults for the wonderful bread it makes! The bad side is that the instructions are atrocious they really do need to be written by someone who has English as their first language (?)
