For a quick, nutritious start to your day we recommend you to try this Summery recipe:
- 300ml plain low-fat yoghurt
- 100g fresh blueberries
- 100g fresh mangoes
- 1 heaped tablespoon of Chia seeds
- 100ml unsweetened almond milk
Place all the ingredients into the stainless steel jug and stir with a wooden spoon to combine. Prop the lid on, select Drinks function and voilà! Enjoy a delicious, homemade smoothie packed with vitamins and nutrients in minutes.
Up to 4 servings of soup or smoothie can be made at a time with the intuitive portion control, and the clean up is a breeze with the Preclean function and the ease with which the inner jug can be easily removed for hand washing. If you don't have time for an immediate clean, simply fill the jug with 800ml of water, a squeeze of dishwashing liquid and set on the Preclean function. This way the jug and the blending blade will be easier to wash off when you do have the time.
