Troubleshoot

  • The ice tray is not in the correct position >>> Remove the ice in the ice tray and press the Start/Stop button to restart the appliance.
    (Call customer care team if the appliance still does not work after restart).

  • The water temperature in the reservoir is too low >>> Fill the water reservoir with water ranging between 8⁰C and 25⁰C.

  • Poor heat dissipation >>> Leave an 8-inch (20cm) clearance on all sides of the ice maker for proper ventilation.
  • The water temperature is too high >>> Fill the water reservoir with water ranging between 8⁰C and 28⁰C.
  • The ambient temperature is too high >>> Operate the ice maker in an environment with an ambient temperature between 10⁰C and 32⁰C.

  • Water pump is damaged >>> Call customer care team.
  • There is a build up in the water inlet of the water pump, so the water is not moving smoothly >>> Clean the appliance every one to two weeks with a mild detergent.

  • The voltage is lower than recommended >>> Stop the ice maker and do not restart until the voltage is normal.

  • The water box is blocked by ice >>> Take out the ice under the ice shovel, plug in power again, and press the POWER button.
  • The motor is stuck, falls off, or damaged >>> Call customer care team.
  • Micro switch damaged >>> Call customer care team.
